Refund and Returns Policy
Purchase Policy – JLK
By placing an order through JLK, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following purchase terms and conditions:
1. Deposit Policy

A non-refundable deposit of 300 EGP is required for orders containing more than one (1) item.

The deposit is collected to confirm the order and initiate processing.

Failure to complete the order after deposit payment may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
2. Perfume Policy

All perfume products are final sale.

No exchange, return, or refund is permitted on perfumes under any circumstances, including but not limited to personal preference, scent dissatisfaction, or packaging condition.
3. Order Inspection & Acceptance

Customers are permitted to open and inspect the order only in the presence of the delivery agent.

Acceptance of the order or departure of the delivery agent shall be deemed full acceptance of the product(s) in their delivered condition.

Any claims submitted after the delivery agent has left will be automatically rejected.
4. Order Cancellation After Shipping

In the event that an order is cancelled after shipment, refused upon delivery, or not received due to customer-related reasons, the customer shall be fully liable for all shipping and return shipping costs, if applicable.

Shipping fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.
5. Non-Perfume Products

For products other than perfumes, claims related to manufacturing defects only must be reported at the time of delivery.

Each case will be reviewed and resolved at the sole discretion of JLK, in accordance with store policy.
6. Shipping & Delivery Timeframe

Orders are processed and shipped within 2–6 business days.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, public holidays, or force majeure events beyond JLK’s control.
7. Policy Enforcement

JLK reserves the right to amend, update, or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.

This policy applies to all orders placed through the JLK website and associated sales channels.
